city of whitehall alarm permit 2 page

I understand that the City of Whitehall shell not assume any
liability whatsoever because of the approval of denial of
permission to install an alarm system in my place of
business. I agree the City is not liable if an alarm is
canceled per the alarm ordinance.

of Police. Records Bureau. The permit is not transferable.

I aqree to pay all future charges as they become due within

thirty (30) days of the mailing of a notice to me by the City
of Whitehall.
